Axxess - Dishonest Fibre Charges and line speeds

Their fibre speeds and connections are a lie. We have been paying for Uncapped data 20/20Mbps, i.e 20Mbps upload and 20Mbps download speed from 03/07/2020 and have never had more than 10Mbps, yet they continue to deduct their full debit order every month. When we contact them, which is constantly, to ask what is wrong, they apparently are working on the problem but never seem to fix it.
