Axxess dishonest behavior: LTE disconnection and blaming network provider

Its been almost a week @AxxessInternet keeps lying to me about my LTE line being active. Its been disconnected since last week. They claim there are no issues on their side, yet when I call the mobile network provider, they say the account is suspended.
