Axxess Disastrous Service Levels

These guys - they used to be good, great service but like most South Africa Start-ups get to big and service drops, systems can't scale and the end customers suffers.

Our fibre has been down for 3 days and I cannot get hold of their support team. I can funny enough get hold of accounts, anything to take your money there seems to be adequate resource allocation.

I would strongly advise to not consider this bunch.

Worst service ever especially the day and age we live in!
