Axxess ? DENIED !

I have ordered internet from Metro Fibre with Axxess, I was called the next day to book the installation

A tech had come out and has advised he will quote me and they will contact me it has been 4 days with no feedback from Axxess

I have called them each day and they are not willing to assist or do anything to assist me in getting my wifi but they are ready to help me cancel ?

This level of customer service is truly unacceptable and hope that many people see this to avoid the frustration of dealing with an *********** service provided
