AXXESS DENIED

I have some much to say, but im so flippen tired.

Internet account got blocked cause I couldn't pay. When I got the cash to pay for the internet, they tell me to contact their accounts department on "Monday 05/08/2024" to see if they can assist me with unblocking my account. I did this Friday 02/08/2024. They don't work weekends.

My Company Sends me a new laptop and It needs to be setup, I cannot do anything without the internet, so I had to buy LTE data and Used up around 20GB in 2 days. They Axxess not paying for it, I am. Then I must still pay them for their internet that's currently off.

I do not recommend AXXESS to anyone. I use2, but No More.

When I get Home now, I will have to buy data again to continue my work.

I am so f*&%$#n angry at these people. Only in it for the cash. It it were to keep customers Happy, you failed. Big Time.
