Axxess - Deceptive

Very disappointed with this company. The terms and conditions are clear. I ordered a new service and it clearly states that the service will be activated once the sim is inserted. Axxess took it upon themselves to activate and debit my account. Amount debited was much more than was supposed to. When you try and call accounts, no one answers the phone, emails are ignored and not responded to
