Axxess (data) scheme doesn't seem legal??

I had the misfortune of taking a monthly data sim with them for Telkom, then I found Telkom were cheaper on this plan. I am very concerned as I sent in my information to Rica, only to now see on the Telkom App the sim I am paying for is NOT in my name?? I questioned Axxess & was told it's not a problem, it's one of their staff members who put it in he's name???? I wanted to cancel this immediately. To me this is *****.. Also the sim was a 20+20GB ..this was all used up in 2x weeks? For me it was impossible to use it all. (I have copies of all the emails for proof) I was informed I have to give 30 days notice. Is there anyway I can get out of this immediately?
