Axxess CWP Control Web Portal migration is a mess / disaster

I am highly disappointed at the Axxess hosting support team who decided to migrate clients hosting to a new CWP Control Web Portal without proper planning. Now I am left with mailboxes that have missing emails and no sent items. Worst part is I have logged several tickets with their support department and had numerous chats online but non of their support team members was able to provide an ETA to resolving this issue.

To be honest I feel that Axxess migrated without thorough investigating the impact this would have to hosting clients. After doing so well for a long time. Shame. This is highly disappointing and very unsatisfactory service I have ever experienced with a hosting company.
