Axxess Customer service unreachable or of no help

Absolute disregard for customer service and keeps blaming others where the problem lies with Axxess inability to set up the fibre routers prior or per instruction per phone. They have numerous times promised to phone back aand never does, or cite Octotel as the reason for the lack of any service. They promise to log tickets but never do and when following up you have to explain the situation again. Currently there is no solution and no one can honestly tell one what to do or expect or when anything will be fixed.
