Axxess customer service stinks stay away

I have been a customer for years and cancelled my current package and have struggled to order new services, the issue is RICA documents, today I had the misfortune of dealing with Faith in customer service whi tells me their own invoice which has all relevant information is not good enough ad a proof of address even though for a number of years they have invoiced and taken multiple money from the same details, I just find it amazing how unhelpful and the bo care attitude towards an existing client wanting to order new services, the whole process has been an eye opener at how bad things at Axxess are, put people in positions that actually have no customer skills and service Is not something uou are going to receive, when I said ok I will cancel she Faith tells me don't worry you don't havr to cancel you have no services with us so it's no problem
