Axxess customer service - Pathetic!

For those interested in Axxess and you would like a good experience let me help you by saving you the time of NOT going with them. I hate complaining but when one of the first things you ask a company for is that somebody contacts you so you confirm everybody is on the same page and 1.5 months you haven't spoken to anybody but yet they conveniently deducted money from my account for a service a don't have yet? I have asked them on NUMEROUS to contact me for the simple reason that this does not happen. In short there service is nothing short of pathetic.
