Axxess customer service is terrible

If I could give no stars I would. See there are many reviews here which Axxess ignore, they know how bad there customer service is. Have been a customer for many years, when the stuff works it is great but when it goes wrong you just cannot get helped. The customer is an idiot who knows nothing and all help options are useless. DO NOT GO WITH AXXESS if you have another option. Unfortunately I don't.
