Axxess customer service

This is more a shout out to Paul Birch fropm the Lines team. My experience wit haxxess while trying to sign up would typically be rated at a 1or 2, however thanks to the efforts of Paul. I can now say that i would rate the experience a solid 4 out of 5. Thank you for your effort in chasing up with Vumatel and holding them accountable, as well as keeping me continuously updated.
