Axxess customer service

The worst ISP.If there was a minus rating i would be giving it to them..Customer service is poor been having intermittent speed with my internet connection for more than 2 weeks now and when calling they expect customer to go and buy or borrow a laptop to test with..so the customer must keep on paying them but have a non functioning service.Would go out of my way not to recommend Axxess to anybody
