Axxess Credits

Axxess customer service is poor to say the least. My Internet service was down for almost 2 weeks due to no fault of mine. I then called their accounts department for them to credit my account for the 2 weeks.

Accounts initially assured that was done when I called. However 3 months down the line and 3 deduction later. NO credit has been made to account, yet every month a full deduction is made on my bank account.

All I get is excuses nothing is resolved, they only respond when I enquire.
