Its difficult to get ahold of the support centre. Iv been trying for over a hour to get ahold of the support team telephonically and Iv been met with continuous hold music. Terrible, some people work from home and are reliant on stable connection and adequate support when the connection is unstable. You cannot expect customers to hold for hours on end.
