Axxess Closes Support Departement...

Axxess is by far the worst ISP I have dealt with in many years. Took them almost two weeks just to respond to my support ticket and they did not even respond with the relevant details. So guess I have to wait another two weeks for them to try again... Cannot recommend them any less, support is literally non-existent. It's a pity because they used to be great in the past...

Axxess, it seems like you have closed your support department as a cruel joke on your paying customers...
