Axxess CHOWS your internet data. Be Careful with using Axxess. They dont care.

I bought a 40 gig per month for 3 users in a small office. WIthin 3 months of usage, i was being then being capped around the 22nd to 25th each month and had top up at least once or twice to get to the end of the month.

I then upgraded to an 80gig package thinkin this would be enough, which it started ok in the first month, BUT within 2 months, i was being capped AGAIN around the EXACT SAME DATES. I had the same 3 people in the office doing same work and during this period we were even off from work. Why were were "eating" more data?

I then further upgraded to the 120gig package for the same 3 users and now am being capped around the same date again.

Can everyone else see how suspect this is? It evident that Axxess is chowing my data.

How can i have the same 3 users using more and more data, being capped around the same date and then having no reason for it.

I also installed data monitoring software, turned off pc updates (only at night) and took every measure i could to use less data, and yet, lIKE CLOCKWORK, the data would run out the same date.

We even started taking bets which day it would run out. It even finishes over a weekend when no one is working and all the pcs are switched off.
