AXXESS CELLC LTE DEAL IS THE WORST

axxess is the worst isp in south africa i would not recommend them to my worst enemy, been having the worst service ever on the cell c lte deal they have, really bad speed during the day less than a mb/s at times, during late nights it runs perfect. this is there official response to me

"There could be a lot of factors affecting the speeds, e.g in this case i suspect congestion during peak hours. As per Ts and Cs of the service, the speeds are UPTO 69mbps* are we do not guarantee one stable connection throughout. We will log this with IS and revert with feedback"

still no feed back. been a loyal customer for a year and this is how im treated.

UPTO 69mps how is anybody suppose to work on a line thats less than a 1mps as second. yet a prepaid sim runs perfect anytime of the day in the same modem?
