AXXESS- CELL C NO SIGNAL NO SUPPORT ****!

Ordered a Cell C LTE package. 100Gb a month at 550 with a free router l(subject to 6 months of use)

Took 1 month to deliver (promises 10 days max)

Router got here worked fine for about 2 days. Then I started getting connectivity issues and eventually I get no signal at all. 4G network is down and 3G doesn’t even connect. Not only were speeds slow for the two days less than 8mbs where they boast “oh it can go up to 85 in this router” Horrible support during delivery. Sent a ticket in 2 days ago about it being slow. NO REPLY. Why do they even advertise support when they don’t have it.

Horrible package. It’s a ****. I’m going to fight with them to swallow this router, because I’m not paying for this sh*t.
