Axxess Cell C LTE service down for the fourth day and no feedback or updates from Axxess

I have the Cell C lte service with Axxess. The connextion has been down for the past four days. This is affecting all Cell C lte customers through Axxess. There is no update from the company and if you phone the support desk they just say they don’t have an ETA and you need to keep restarting your router every few hours and check. Normal Cell C services is working as it should, so the problem can only be with Axxess.
