Axxess cannot keep to their promises, don't care about customer service. ***Useless***

I have been using Axxess for a few years and i Agree, to get through to their phone lines is quite a stressful process. i think its easier to get hold of the pope! having said that i ordered an upgrade on y service on the 30/03/2020 and they promised that within 7 working days it would be done, well guess what 11 working days later I'm still waiting. i have made numerous calls, chatted with their online support team and all i get is excuses that its with the line department and that its executing. i eventually requested the helpdesk agent to get either their manager or supervisor to call me. so lets see if they call me. if i don't receive a call i am moving my service to another ISP.
