Axxess cancellation nightmare

All i ever wanted was for them to move my fibre line to my new place as I was moving out, their rude stuff keeps sending me from pillar to post, I didnt think i have to suffer this much as i still wanted to continue with them, they told me the move was not possible so I have to cancel then rejoin and I need to give one month notice in order to do that,

I dont have a month and I didnt think its needed when they are moving it but yjo! now i am telling them to come and collect as i have moved and i have paid my cancellation plus one month subscription and they re telling me to pay another cancellation fee of 1000. horrible service.
