Axxess can't provide customer service

It is with great disappointment that I want to report the terrible customer service received from Angelo at Axxess who is supposed to be a manager and act as a manager and representative of the company. He was extremely condescending and unhelpful to my boyfriend who has been a customer of Axxess for almost 2.5 years now. Having experienced connectivity issues over the last 2.5 weeks, the connection was finally restored on Thursday or Friday evening with the help of Jethro at the call centre who was extremely helpful and friendly and stayed on the line until the matter had been resolved. Going above and beyond what one would expect of a call centre employee and delivering a level of service one would expect from a manager. However, on Monday evening we found that the Internet connection was down again and phoned the Axxess call centre again. After having no resolution provided by 3 of the guys from the call centre my boyfriend requested to speak to a manager. Angelo from Axxess was the manager who needed to assist. He was absolutely condescending and unhelpful in finding a solution for the matter and when my boyfriend requested to cancel his service Angelo still wouldn't assist.
