Axxess call centre and line speeds

Azxess fibre is terrible, have been with them for just over a month and have no where near the speeds i was promised. I have a 50/50 line and i really think my normal 4mb adsl line from web africa was doing a better job. The call centre never seems to answer and when you are paying for a service with 50mbps download and getting 1mbps with no support this is totally unacceptable. Will definitely be moving my line and would not recommend axxess to anybody.
