AXXESS but actually no access

Do not, and I repeat Do Not, ever sign up with Axxess as an internet service provider. They are the most useless company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. People don't know how to troubleshoot, they don't return calls, They schedule times to call you to troubleshoot and don't call. I'm paying for a 200/100 Meg Line and I'm getting 4% of the upload /download speed and the line drops at least 4 or 5 times a day. They installed the fibre box and router ON TOP OF MY KITCHEN CUPBOARDS against the ceiling and then expect us to connect Lan cables to computers while standing on a ladder balancing laptops in the air.
