Axxess becomes a wet blanket

Don't you just love a business that will ignore your request to cancel and make any reason why you can't cancel with them. E.g Me to axxess: Cancel my service {sent 23 March} Axxess replies: 2021-03-24 08:25:46 You are still within the promotion period, hence you can't cancel the service.

Me to axxess on 20 April: Why you still charging me? Axxess on 20 April: it will be cancelled at the end of May as a full calendar months notice is required. Me: I did on 24 March Axxess: Sorry terms say otherwise.
