Axxess be careful

I went onto the Telkom website and Axxess popped up so me not thinking it was a 3rd party because they were on the telkom website I ordered installation anyway the router story is not very clear during their order process. During the order process there is no prompt whatsoever to alert you that you will need the router. Anyway they send openserve to come and install and then I am like are we up and running then I had to hear from the openserve people that I need my own router. Axxess then prompts me for pro rata payment of R306,00 which I pay and udring this time they do not alert me about the router, anyway I query when will the router be delivered then only after having paid a whole R306,00 I get told that no you have to order the router and pay R250,00 ddelivery fee, Iam like so I paid for wifi which I cannot use could you not in your professionalism advise me to first ensure that I have a router and then pay for the data/fibre. Today I get a bill for the new month and get told that I have to pay the new months bill and the router and the previous payment for data I have not used just fades away. I feel that this is very annoying and unprofessional and it is also false advertising because everybody needs wifi, data and fibre in today's life struggle and it is not right to trick people into things without ensuring they understand the product they buying. I am myself in sales and hence I am even more annoyed because this was what we call and undercover/hidden sale where nobody actually explains step by step incase you choose the incorrect item.
