Axxess bad support

Have an unworkable connection now for 7 days. Been really dissapointed by support from Axxess. there is no urgency to resolve this, and I have to contact them everytime to get an update. Though I've been told it has been escalated, still nothing is happening. I would not recommend them for anyone who needs a fibre connection for work or games
