Axxess bad service for seniors

My mother is a senior citizen and as a result I have often helped her with her internet problems. Previously she ordered a sim card from axxess which she paid for. This was never delivered. I only found out months thereafter as I live in another province. A guy Richard from shipping said the delivery had been cancelled and we should order again. We have never received a sim card.

However, this is not even the biggest issue. I assisted my mother with ordering their LTE RAIN deal. We have been waiting three weeks with no response. I decided to email Richard as I remember he deals with shipping. I have received no response.

Even though Axxess has been awarded best ISP I would definitly steer clear. I dont know why I keep going back. This will probably be the last time.
