Axxess bad service and customer care

We have been offline for 3 days and lost alot of business and our Google 1st page ranking. When you call you either wait for 45min to 1hour or they don't answer at all. If you lucky to get through you get a simple answer "I don't know".

If you are a day late or even R20 short on you bill you get cut immediately but when you off for 3 days it's ok and there is nothing you can do cause you are insignificant.
