AXXESS bad service

Bad support and and the 200meg fibre gives me download and upload of 4meg. You just talk to a bunch of robots that read some document and you do this every time over and over and they cant fix anything. I had frogfoot out to test my link and it was 17db.The problem was after they upgraded my line to 200meg nothing works. Starting Saturday at end of Monday still the same.
