Axxess bad service

I’ve done a application for fibre installation and it has been more than a month that I’ve been waiting for any feedback with regards to the installation. No one give me constructive feedback via mail or calls. The story is different every time! My neighbor didn’t experience any problems with Afrihost so I’m not sure why I’m struggling?
