Axxess bad service

My client number is 132605. Axxess contact numbers: ***and *** I signed up on 12 February for receiving a LTE-A router plus 200 GB per month. In their adverti*****t the promise you will will receive the router within 10 days. This is now 1 March and I haven't receive anything yet but a bill for the non-existing service and router. Huawei B618 router = R999 Data = 514 Yesterday I registered a ticket regarding this case: 132605 but got no reaction and I also tried to phone their accounts section but after holding on for 10 minutes, using my cell phone, I gave up.
