axxess bad customer service

I like their products but customer service is all but non existent.Been with them for years and it use to be good,but now if you open a service ticket it takes like two days for them to respond with a answer that is not satisfactory,and then they close the ticket and you have to start all over again.It happens every time.I logged about 5 different questions over a week and all bad service.still havent got a solution.WHERE CAN I FIND SERVICE WHERE A HUMAN BEING CAN CALL YOU BACK AND SORT YOU OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL.Axxess your customer service sucks..big time
