Axxess - Awful experience with the poor service

The experience with axxess was plainly pathetic.

I am most annoyed that I wasted my time and an upfront payment to this awful company. Online orders seem to go nowhere.

After numerous calls and guidance from me to the agents, the order was put into perspective and actioned.

Delivery just as painful. The delivery company (MDS Collivery) also seem lost about the order and you continuously get transferred to a voicemail system.

To think my initial instinct was OpenWeb however, got recommended this awful place by someone, just as lost.

Axxess, time to reflect on your service.
