AXXESS asking money for no service rendered. Pathetic

I have been contacting this comoany for a year now. And still no resolve to my query. They have charged me for activation and monthly billing without installing or sending me a router. This is like giving a person the keys to a car but no car. How is it possible to activate a service with no hardware. And the best is that nobody communicated this with me. I must now pay activation cost and then cancelation cost for something and a service I never recieved. Pathetic to say the least.
