Axxess are usless and dont care about their customers

Difficult to get hold of helpdesk. Helpdesk dont know what they are doing and seamingly sre not monitored. When they cant help they simply put you on hold and you have to phone again. Took me 3 weeks to solve a problem with slow internet. Dont use these people, they dont care about their customers. Worse then a government department.
