Axxess are the Worst ISP I've Dealt With

Absolutely awful ISP and customer service.

1. Very slow to respond to support tickets, and customer staff are extremely rude and somewhat unprofessional. 2. Regular lack of connectivity which is slow to be resolved due to shocking customer service. 3. Charged me for 2 and a half months extra despite the fact that I attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times, and I did not have any connectivity during this entire period.

Stay very far away from this ISP.
