AXXESS ARE ******** !

firstly i’ve had no internet access for 4 days they said a technician was supposed to come and they didnt send one

last month i said i wanted to cancel as i was having the same connectivity issues they said that on monday someone was gonna contact me to cancel and that didn’t happen

i upgraded my speed and i was paying for it they charged me for it but on their side i havent been upgraded and they said they did when i called last month but when i called i had the same issue
