Axxess and Zoom Offer A Terrible Service

they installed the line and wrecked my water pipe.I have opened multiple calls with Axxess and Zoom and its been a month with no help outside of 'the fault has been escalated' . the line has been intermittent due to the water leakage cause by the installation,costing me hectic water bill and bad service
