Axxess and Vumatel ought to get their stories straight

I honestly do not know how a company like Axxess still operates with such terrible service. Signed up with them at the start of May and within two weeks my box was installed. Then, the games began. I was told within 4-5 days of Vumatel activating and should be online. Today, 8 June 2024, I am not. It has been a back and forth between them and Vumatel. Useless I tell yah.
