AXXESS AND VUMATEL NON SERVICE!

Today is day 6 I'm without internet connection. I've been calling Axxess every day for the past 6 days. One call would last 60mins+. 2 or 3 calls per day. Each day I have to start fresh. No record of my issue on their system. Axxess says everything is fine on their side, I should call Vumatel. After 6 days of calling these companies and going through all the exact same steps every day, I stiill have not connection. A conference call between Axxess, Myself and Vumatel was promised to resolve the issue. Guess what? I'm still waiting. These people even went as far as telling me that there's an outage in the whole of cape town and jhb, but my neighbor and best friend right accross the road from me, has the exact same installation and internet plan, and her wifi is working just fine. I am lost for words after 6 days of struggling and no connection.
