Axxess and Vumatel is a bunch of clowns - CANCEL!

I am writing this a very frustrated and client because even though I logged this call to have my new address setup with fibre or activated as there is a line there well in advance and tried to be proactive it seems that Axxess’ values are far from that!

How many follow up phone calls and clueless agents and false promises does one have to go through to get an issue resolved with you?

2 weeks later and I still don’t have an activated fibre line! 2 WEEKS!

I have spent copious amounts of time and money on an unimaginable number of phone calls that are not returned. Countless emails and follow ups and still NOTHING! I am disgusted and you should be ashamed of yourselves as a service provider. What a useless bunch! You’re doing a great job at letting your clients down.

This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even when I moved in 2022 - same bull**** from you.

You guys clearly can’t manage the mandate that VUMATEL has given.
