Axxess and Vodacom Fibre Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!

We placed an order for a fibre installation at our Hartbee****rt home through this ISP and were told an installer from Vodacom Fibre will be dispatched to install. The installer only came 3 weeks later only for him to say he'll be right back and never returned. I have communicated this with Axxess and they couldn't be bothered. They don't give feedback and shift blame to Vodacom Fibre while doing absolutely nothing to resolve this. Pathetic service really
