Axxess and their terrible customer service. Don't get their fixed lte

I had axxess fixed lte uncapped installed, all was fine for the 1st month averaging 30mb up and around 40mb down. As soon as their birthday special stopped I received an email saying my product was no longer available. Messaged them via whatsapp, their live chat and email no response. Since this email my speed has dropped to less than 1mb up and down. When I reported it they sent me a form that I needed to fill out with information I didn't have. Sent them speed tests to show my frustrations but no feedback for 2 weeks until I got an email that said mtn checked and everything is fine. Until today , still have the same issue. What's worse is today I have totally no internet connection.
