Axxess and Frogfoot useless

Shocking service. Happy to take your money every month and then when service goes down they say nothing they can do as it is a frogfoot problem. I pay Axxess for a service so don't palm me off saying tough luck, frogfoot must sort out. Also no one at Axxess cares.
