Axxess and Digital Planet

So ordered the Cell-C LTE sim card and bundle for client last Friday. Was told 24 to 48 hour to get sim card.Called yesterday (now 96 hours) and was told it is on its way, then got sms to say it will be delivered today (told that any time between 9am and 5pm, and that I have to sign therefore I must stay at the address ALL day ***) Got another sms to say it will delivered today between 9am and 5pm. Called delivery company they use again (Digital Planet) at 4 30 as still not arrived to be told they will get driver to call me to tell me how long.....guess what, 5 30 still no delivery. So a week later and still nothing.....shocking service
