Axxess and CellC LTE

Stay away from these idiots. They resell services which don't work and take no responsibility when issues arise. I've had LTE for more than a month, a Cell C product. It keeps disconnecting, I don't get more than 4 Mbps connection speed. CellC won't help because it's an Axxess purchase. Axxess can't do anything other than keep asking the same cooky cutter "support" questions. And they have the chutzpah to want to charge me R1000 to cancel a service which doesn't work.
