Axxess and Cell C LTE combo not good

I ordered the CellC LTE deal from Axxess.

After it was confirmed that my area has LTE coverage I have been experiencing problems with very slow internet speeds. I had to wait three days before I got a connection with the internet. Spend hours with Axxess on the phone to sort out the problem and I was asked to fill in a form which will be sent to CellC.

I cannot work at night due to no internet or slow speeds.
